I love this set. The smaller knife is great for peeling and shaping. The larger one is great for vegetable prep. The slim profile of the blade make accurate thin slices with little waste. The forged German steel blades are very strong and sharp. The handles are very comfortable to hold and the texture gives me a confident grip.

I love love my Four Stars. Even though the knife is forged this line provides a light weight feel. The fully molded handle is great, you don’t have to worry about rivets coming out over time.
