Perfect for small hands and petite jobs
What a stunning knife that performs as well as it looks! Love my 5” rocking Santoku!! Smooth body and good heft. I have smaller hands being 5’1” and really liked the 8” chefs pro knife but it was too heavy for me. This 5” is perfectly weighted for me and cuts like a dream.

Complete knife block set

Received "Second" quality, Not a Top Pro Quality
I ordered and paid for a Zwilling Pro Quality knife but received one with a defect that is noticeable by tactile touch and eyesight...the Full Tang jutts out of the Handle on three sides. Was going to show off the New Knife to my family and friends but now we will discuss how Zwilling post production quality inspection control does not match the past reputation of "Made in Germany" standards. Was asked to submit "photos" of the defect for a refund or exchange, but it is hard to capture the defect on my iPhone. The return process should be much more customer friendly because the "defect" is hard to capture on photo but very easy to detect physically. Rather than hassle with the return or replacement claim, I will keep the blade and advise my social circle of this unfortunate experience.
