Great pan!

Love this pan! I love getting away from “nonstick” chemical coatings. I haven’t had any problems with anything sticking, although I have primarily used it so far for oatmeal and soups.

Delightful pot

This pot is an absolute joy to use. The bottom and sides distribute heat evenly. The handle of the cover remains cool enough to never require a pot holder.

Great pots

Love the Aurora pots! I was concerned they would be difficult to clean and creamy chowders would stick to the bottom of the pot, but by controling the temperature and soacking them with hot soapy water after each use they are easy to clean and they cook perfectly every meal.

This pan is excellent for making sauces. The wider opening means a faster evaporation rate, so liquids reduce more quickly. Making risotto will be your new favorite hobby - the sauce takes time to thicken and this saucier pan moves the process along more efficiently. Made from 5 ply construction it heats up quickly, evenly and retains heat all the way through the cooking process.

I love this pan, it does it all from making delicate sauces to heating up soup. This pan is made from a 5-Ply construction which includes an aluminum layer. It has amazing heat conduction and retention. The fry pan has flatbase technology so pan won't ever warp when heated, even at high heats. It has a pouring edge for no-mess cooking and can be used on all cooking surfaces including induction. The second handle makes it easy to move the pan around the kitchen. Oven and broiler safe up to 500F. And if it couldn't get any better it is also dishwasher safe.

AURORA 5-PLY Incredible fully clad stainless steel saucier which will heat heat quickly and evenly and stay at an even temperature throughout the cook time. I like to use this pot for melting chocolate and making caramel. Perfect pot for cream and cheese sauces. The flat base allows for easy stirring and turning of ingredients. Beautiful look and feel. I love that it works on the induction cook top.

Nice saucier

Love this pot. Great size. The 5 layers in the core heat up evenly so everything turns out well. The handle is comfortable and overall the pan is a nice weight to move around easily. The rounded size makes it a great shape when you need to whisk a delicate sauce.

Stainless

It is not stainless pot when I use it. I tried several times, but it couldn't work.
