Perfect knife

The edge is what makes this product useful. I have been using Zwilling knives at work for over 20 years. Each knife comes with a personality which makes them all personal and useful.

8 inch slicing/carving knife

It is a great knife. Very sharp and holds it's edge. When carving ham or turkey, you get nice clean slices, not tearing or shredding. It is a high quality knife at a great price. As the saying goes you get what you pay for and you get a great knife.
