5 months agoProduct quality has slipped
This product and other recent purchases are not the same quality as previous Henkel purchases. It appears the company has cheapened its products. My original set of stainless is much heavier and durable. The current stainless is lighter and will probably bend in the future.

Disappointed
This set looks much thicker and heavier in the picture. When received, they are pretty thin. I was very disappointed but before I could discuss returning them, my husband took them all out of packaging. We didn’t think they could be returned out of the packaging.

Love this stainless steel flatware. I have rheumatoid arthritis and can’t use thin flatware but I’m glad I purchased this cuz it’s not as thin as other flatware and doesn’t hurt my fingers thank you 💜

Poor quality
Opened the package and read the warranty paperwork. You can’t soak the silverware, nor use with catsup, lemons or anything with acidity. You need to use the drying cycle on the dishwasher or hand dry. The silverware was so light it felt cheap. Didn’t finish unpacking returned.
