Perfection
The heft and quality of this knife is like nothing else I’ve owned, and especially for a knife this size. 100% would recommend to anyone wanting a solid prep knife or a chef’s knife that doesn’t feel too long or clunky.

Must have knife
I love this santoku! A must have in every kitchen. Sharp, easy to handle, and versatile. The hollow edge makes it so easy to cut into cucumber and release them from the knife. A BIFL!

Excellent gift

Good size and well ballanced
I really enjoy using this knife as it is very well. Balanced and the small size of 5.5 makes it ideal for cutting things like chicken, small steaks and even some vegetables. The little rivets on the side make the knife not stick to the meat. Which makes things very convenient.

Quality of Sharpness
As much as Cutco is bad mouthed, their 'Quality of Sharpness' is Topnotch, and so far, only the very high end can dethrone the champ 🏆.

Extremely nice looking and quality finish.
Like other Zwilling knives that I have purchased. It comes with a great edge. The blade is tough enough for every day use but will not be too difficult to sharpen. Absolutely fantastic looking both blade/handle finish and materials. I do feel the handle is a bit heavy and makes this a little bit unbalanced. That said for the type of chopping you do with a 5.5inch knife. Its really not an issue in actual use. Only noticeable when you first pick it up. In the end, this is not my favorite knife in this line. However still an excellent product. I keep my knives in a drawer but if you display yours. This does look much more expensive than it is.

Santoku Knife is a Win!
This knife is perfect for chopping and preparing veggies and I also use it for meat. I bought an extra one for my son, who's studying culinary arts and his last name is "Zwilling" so we've always loved these products. High quality products. I watch for the sales!
