easy to use and operate

Great device!

I have had this for 4 months and am so haply with it. I find my skin is plumper and i really like all the temperature and led colours. I wish it was more customizable manually in the moment. I use it on my face and neck, and have even used the temperature settings to help heat a sore knee when i didn't have access to a heating pad!

Lacking quality control

I love my device so I ordered two for gifts. One arrived brand new with all packaging, the second device arrived in a package that had obviously been opened. The seals on the box are broken and plastic covers have been removed from the device. There is no way I can gift it in the condition. Disappointed

light+battery is broken after 3 time use

i bought it on sale, used it a few times the oil was fine. then the power went out and stopped connecting, maybe the battery was broken and the light. i had to return it. it was inconvenient because i didn't have much time so i chose to buy online, i really hate having to return the item. but had to do it because it was broken after only using it a few times, i thought they had a low sale because the item was not of good quality? i don't know either, but if you buy full price with such improved quality i think it's not worth it. hope this helps you
