Straps shred quickly
It’s a pretty purse but doesn’t last. The straps started shredding pretty quickly. It also doesn’t hold as much as I thought a tote would.

Cheap garbage disguised as quality product.
I purchased this purse as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. About a month and a half later the purse looks like an old purse. The straps are completely cracked and falling apart the entire length of straps and there are multiple stitches or threads coming apart. Can't exchange or return cause I'm outside the return policy. Checked availability on sales floor and the 2 on the floor were showing signs of cracking and had loose threads or stitches. I was under the impression this was a good quality company who boasts on their website that they only use durable high quality materials and leathers. Seems to me that is the exact opposite. I feel like i purchased a cheap Chinese made product. But then again I feel like those would last longer than this purse has lasted. Disappointed in macys and giani bernini. I expect this type of product to be sold at big lots not macys. Will not shop at macys for this type of product anymore. I'll say again very cheap cheap cheap. Beware!!
