Vegan Retinol not Retinol

Over priced and ineffective for me. No wonder I don't see a change in my skin and there's no retinol % listed on the labeling; it's "Vegan Retinol" as shown in one of the pictures on Macy's website for this Sleepover Retin-Oil Nighttime Treatment. I wish I noticed the picture before purchasing...... Per numerous websites, "Vegan Retinol is a plant-based alternative like Bakuchiol and is considered a gentler option, particularly for sensitive skin".

Bottle half full or less

I have purchased this NS treatment numerous times and love the light fragrance. I'm not sure it improves my older skin much but it blends well with other serums. The reason for 3 stars and won't be repurchasing, is that the bottle came only half full. I didn't check at first but held up to the light after two weeks and its close to the bottom. Now I'm wondering if it was a return.
