Pretty and easy morning ritual
This machine is a great addition to my morning routine. It is pretty and easy to use. I enjoy not having to clean up grinds and also not having to use any plastic pods. The coffee comes out creamy and the milk frother works well to heat milk up. I wish it made it a little more frothy but I use my hand frother to whip it up further. It’s also quiet enough to use while every one is asleep still.

Beautiful with versatility
I bought this a month ago when I moved into my new house, I absolutely LOVE the stainless steel. The coffee machine is very easy to operate, never glitches on me like old machines and allows me to be creative with the side steamer if I want to mix up my coffee types from espresso, full cup or steamed latte!

Terrible machine
Recently bought this machine. When I brew coffee you get 1-2 oz from a 7 oz pod. Tried to get support but they couldn't help. Taking the machine.

Coffee is great, the machine and service is below expectations
This is my second Vertuo Creatista. The first one has been back for repairs twice. Same as anyone who owns this machine it leaks at the back of the tray and has stained my stone benchtop we had created especially for our coffee nook. It's really spoilt the whole experience. We've been loyal Nespresso owners for over 10 years having spent $1,000s on their systems. This is their worst machine type we've owned. I'm seriously considering going to beans and removing Nespresso from my life.

Love this machine!
I have owned my Creatista for a year and I love the way it makes coffee. There was a little bit of a learning curve, but I have figured it out and enjoy my coffee every morning. The only thing I will say is that because of the frother, it does require cleaning more often. It’s not a problem, just wanted to mention that for the review. Also, I did and still do have a problem with the Creatista leaking water. I did reach out to Nespresso and they sent me a new water tank because we thought that was the problem, but water still puddles under the machine. It’s frustrating and I just keep the tank empty in between uses, but I still love this machine!!

Read the Reviews Before You Buy It
I purchased this machine this year and the reviews are pretty accurate. My milk frothier nozzle stops working every so often and the machine leaks even if you dump the tray. I am very unhappy with this. I spent so much money on this machine.
