I had the smaller one for many years and upgrades to be able to make bigger batches of dough and cookies etc. my only complaint is how difficult it is to get the bowl back in. I’ve heard it’s because it’s so new and stiff and it will break in but it can be really frustrating.

My kitchen beast

It is beautiful, powerful and is just the right size to make desserts, especially for a crowd. I also love to grind my own meat so the grind attachment is my new favourite tool. It truly is the standard for countertop mixers.

Amazing but heavy

I bought this specific model because it was the kind that my culinary school had so that I could practice because I didn't quite understand how to use the up and down mechanism I always used the models that have the tilt the top part of it but I'm glad that I got this one because I love it, the color is beautiful everything works amazing, only downside is because I got the larger model it is very heavy so to move it around kind of sucks but other than that everything is great.

Great mixer
