horrible delivery service DoorDash

This has nothing to do with the product since I never got it. I missed the delivery. I know my fault. But when I called to see when it can be delivered again no one had a clue where it was or when I would get it. No info on the delivery driver. Nothing. I called 3 times. And they keep saying it was delivered. Finally they just ended up refunding without my knowledge. But I had also used gift cards which I had to call for again. Just an extremely frustrating process.
