Favorite memories

I worked for many Marshall Field stores growing up in Chicagoland. This bag has great memories for me. It’s built well it’s made of vinyl so it’ll last.

A sweet memory of Marshall Fields but...

I so wanted to love this bag as a fan of Marshall Fields (sorry Macy's you are not the same...) but I could not. When I removed it from the plastic bag (I purchased on line) it had strange streaky marks (caused by the plastic bag) - HOWEVER - after letting it sit out of the plastic bag overnight, the streaks were gone. But what I don't like is the plastic material the bag was made from, just way to stiff and cheap looking. After looking at it for a day, I just couldn't justify keeping it. I am sure there are people who will love this bag but for me it was a meh. But please keep trying with a "Marshall Fields" type product, will be watching for one I will like!

Enjoyed Marshall Fields

Must Have, I grew up in Chicago and Marshall Fields was one of the department stores that made Chicago what is was, with is richness and classiness, the Walnut Room on the 7th Floor. I miss it.
