Feels inferior

The quality of this coffee maker is not as good as the one we had previously. The reservoir has a smaller capacity, and is not user friendly to refilling. Just feels inferior to our last one.

Very Disappointed!

I didn't like it from the beginning because it took so long to heat up, but it did brew a good cup of coffee. However, I have only used it a few times and it completely stopped working in the middle of brewing my morning coffee. I have had the worst luck with Keurig coffee makers. I'm returning it today and never buying another Keurig coffee maker again.
