This bag has been great. But after 4 months of use, the zipper is broken and the return window is over.

Disappointed 2nd time around

I purchased this bag in black and it served me well. I also received many compliments. I ordered another bag in alabaster and it's been a huge. Neither zipper works correctly. I'm ready to throw it away!

Coin-zipper - weird!

I can’t give 5 stars, but I do love this bag. The strap is versatile, but there is a weird coin-like zipper in the front. It’s not easy to handle. I can change out the zipper toggle, but I wish it was just a little more user friendly.

Zipper broke after 2 months

Just purchased this bag in March and the zipper was broken by May. I’ve never had this happen to any bag, even cheap ones from Target/Walmart. Extremely disappointed.
