Service Complaint

The shoes were what I was looking for in terms of style, but they ran differently, so I needed a different size. For some reason, the online service team could not simply exchange it for the correct size. They sent me to the store. I go to the store, and they can process a return, not an exchange, and cannot order the item either. They also couldn’t get me the item at the same price. Bad service experience, so now I sale was lost because I can BUY online, but have to go in person, only to not get what I wanted.

I have a lot of shoes from this brand. These shoes are very different from the original. The leather is of poor quality. The labels are not original.

Not a great shoe

This shoe made with very low quality materials. It is not made in Italy like most of the Boss shoes. Made is India and leather is very low quality and threads showing.
