I am very satisfied with this bag itself. However, purchasing it at the Macy's in Lenox Square Mall turned out to be a mistake. I drove 30 minutes to that location hoping to receive better service, but unfortunately, the behavior of the staff there was disappointing. They handled my valuable bag as if it were a cheap item, and it made me feel very disrespected. Sadly, after this experience, I’ve decided not to shop at Macy’s again.

Fragrance Samples-Macys Issue
This purse is beautiful. Macy’s ships most items with perfume card samples. I had ordered this Coach bag and a wallet and they all had perfume cards in them. The item picks up the strong fragrance. I do not want my leather goods to smell of fragrance. Also, the bag was shipped in a polly plastic bag. The shipping could have been nicer. I wish I could have kept the purse but it had to be returned due to the fragrance cards included in the shipping bag.

Perfect size and beautiful soft leather. Love that it has shoulder strap as well as the shorter one
Beautiful but faulty strap
This bag is beautiful. Perfect size for a night out. I can carry all my necessities easily without overcrowding the bag. The only issue I ran into was the clasp on the strap coming undone. It is very sensitive and where it is positioned allowed it to drop the bag off the strap. This happened twice in one night.

Nice Coach bag - can be styled with different styl
It’s a beautiful piece! The leather is soft. With golden hardwares, it makes the bag feel more luxury. Coach products are always well-made so of course this Soft Tabby is absolutely high quality. There are two different length straps so I can wear it w many different styles. It can be an accessory for a night-out or just a spring walk, or it could be a cute bag for date outfits. Im trying to say that you can mix and match this bag w multiple styles upon occasions. I gave 4 stars because the color was a bit off than i expected. I thought it was white. However, it’s more like a creamy color instead.

I was impressed by how soft the leather of the Soft Tabby Coach bag is. It also looks very stylish and easy to style up or down for different occasion from work to dinner. It is comfy to wear and roomy to hold a lot of things. Very well crafted bag!

Cute everyday bag
The coach soft tabby bag is a great everyday bag! The leather feels very soft and supple. The color matches almost any outfit and the bag can be worn with casual and dressy outfits. It has plenty of room for all my essentials!
