Cheap material; arrived in a wrinkled ball

I have several of these dresses of mostly high quality material and pattern, but this is the worst. First of all, it was obviously a return because it was shoved into a very small bag like a ball - so wrinkled. Next, the material and pattern seemed like something I would have worn when I was in middle school. I couldn't wait to send it back. Ugh.
