I have not use it yet. Was dissapointed coz you had an ad for free set of pots and pans the day I ordered and said just paid shipping only. I did pay but the item never delivered. I got scammed. Thank you.

Damaged item

The 6 qt Dutch oven has a dent in the rim which prevents the lid from fitting. How do I get a refund for damaged item ?!

Damaged set

The set is fundamentally nice, although I have not used it yet. Unfortunately the small fry pan came damaged (dented) and while the outer box was fine, it appears the box had been previously opened.
