Worst experience

I never received this bag. I contacted customer service three times, asking for a refund, and each time they assigned a new due date that I supposedly had to wait to be eligible for a refund. Bad job, Macy's.

JUST WHAT I WANTED

The purse is just what I wanted. Small but has a several compartments inside and outside the purse. Pretty color, not a bright pink like it is online.

Pretty Color

I bought this in the chambray/blue color. It's pretty but somewhat small. I do not like that the handles are shorter (3.5") than most MK purses. Most of the MK purses have a 4" handle drop. I have thin wrists/arms and it just seems like the handles are too short when putting your wrist through it to hold on your lower arm/wrist area. Don't overstuff the outside pockets or the magnetic closure at the top won't catch.
