I've had this sectional for over a year now, and unfortunately the back cushions are starting to flatten out. They look sloppy and unfortunately, I don't think you can even replace them. Really unfortunate because I love the couch but now... not so much. Other than that it's still a great couch, but would love to know if I can get extra stuffing.

Nice couch when delivered but after 5 years it does not hold up very well. Stains fairly easily. Couch cushions are very sagged.

We've had this couch for two years and it looks like it's 10 years old. The fabric has pilled. There is a gap between the bottom cushions and the sloped back of the sofa, which causes the back cushions to slide down constantly and they quickly become misshapen. Batting is in three channels in the back cushions and is matted and impossible to fluff. One of our bottom cushions is MUCH softer than the others. You feel like you're falling when you sit on it. Warranty sent out a technician who told us it's fine. It's not. We love the softness and comfort of the couch for the most part but its appearance and longevity leave a lot to be desired. My 13 year old Ikea couch in the office looks better.

Extremely poor quality. At the time of delivery, 2 pieces did not match up. It took 2 attempts to correct the problem. We've had the couch just over 2 years, there are several tears where the fabric has separated from the seams. One of the zippers is broken on the cushion covers. We bought the extra warranty through Worry No More. They accepted the claim and said a "technician was needed." The original appointment needed to be reschedueld becuase the technician wasn't able to arrive until 9 pm. I called and left a message for a call back, but never received a phone call. I called again and submitted an email questioning the lack of communication. Then I received an email that my claim had been "reviewed" and it had been decided my claim was no longer covered. The technician never saw the damage. The couch is not made well and the extra warranty is a waste of money. I regret buying both.

Very comfortable, but gets water stains fairly easily and doesn’t hold up shape. Would NOT get the warranty.. they don’t cover anything and it’s impossible to speak to a human.
