Customer service

The customer service at Macy's in Brentwood was excellent. They were very helpful and pleasant. I love this store and will always shop there.

Not comfortable

These shoes are very pretty but they are not comfortable. They are very stiff and hurt the back of the ankles. I returned them.

These shoes are very comfortable and can be worn for dressy or casual attire

Not so comfy but very sparkly!

These shoes are stiff around the edge and dug into my foot. I am hard to fit and I should have checked them out more carefully but they were final sale so couldn’t take them home to really try. Lesson learned.
