The necklace is much thinner than expected. I was thinking it was much wider from the picture on the computer. I will return for a refund.

I ignored the reviews and bought it anyway. BIG mistake! It is not substantial enough to even put it on! I wanted a thin chain but this one is far too delicate for wear.

The chain is beautiful but because it's not too thick it gets clumped and nicks in it. I brought it to a jeweler and he was not able to fix it. Disappointed in the piece

It definitely did not look like the picture. I wish they would show pictures of someone wearing it. It was so fragile I thought it was going to break.

The worst experience I've had as a member of Macy's. I'm very disappointed, and I I would like to get my money back.
