Tiny Pearls are Substantially Smaller in Size

The necklace I received was misrepresented online. The centerpiece is shorter than described, but what stood out immediately upon opening the box were the 5mm strand of irregular pearls, NOT the 9mm round strand as stated not only in the product description, but also in the questions section, where the answer was that all the pearls were 9mm except for the drop. This necklace has been sold for years here at Macy's, so I'm assuming it has devolved over time. In that case, Macy's should have started an entirely new product description for such a major change in pearl size, because receiving pearls that are nearly half of what was described is unacceptable.

Elegant Pearl necklace

I got this elegant pearl necklace in the store. The size of pearls is not impressive. However, every pearl is round and glowing. The diamonds are sparkling, especially under the sun. I love it!
