Necklace looks nice.

It’s a very nice necklace but for the price you would think it would have came in a box instead of tangled in a plastic bag.

Delayed a WEEK after the before Christmas offer!

Macy's please do not give delivery dates to sell items for Christmas gifts that you cannot adhere to. You have put me in a bad position and canceling it now brings disappointment and of course all the problems with the Macy $ offered that would not have been spent if I had KNOWN the shipping for the big item would not be adhered to. Do better please.

Pretty chain but broke in 2days

the chain looks pretty but unfortunately it broke in 2 days. It may be a result of poor workmanship because I'm wearing a chain with the same thickness as this for past 2 years and never had issues.

Came super tangled and knotted

Like the title says it came in a mess I was immediately disappointed and knew i was going to return it. But I sat there and decided to untangle it with some clean tweezers to see how it would look on me and it was actually very pretty! I’m still returning though because i just don’t want it anymore and found a better type of chain style I prefer. Also, i think this style is just known to get tangled easily so it’s probably better that I don’t have it and save myself a headache
