Not happy

Super tight and hard to put on. I tried then put it into my Goodwill bag. Don't buy this one!

Not Good

The hem is uneven, and not all of the seams are finished. I will be returning it. The color was beautiful and fabric light weight. Macy's quality not what it used to be.
