Fire Brewer

I did not realize that I was ordering from a third-party supplier. I tried to return this item to Macy’s store and they would not accept it. Then I went to the Macy’s store that specialized furniture they would not accept it. At the end I had to keep it and I’m not happy. It’s extremely small and Macy’s would not take it back. Barware Macy’s has a third-party supplier and you can’t return anything.

low quality

The furniture has the color as expected, but that is as far as I can go on a positive. The cushions do not fit properly. There’s no way to sit on the chair without purchasing a new cushions for the back they do not tie down, and once it was built, you could move one whole chair with two fingers. They weigh nothing at all, considering sending back item.

Smell & no strap

The cushions smell no matter how long you air them out. Also, they do not have any straps so with high winds they will blow away.

very small

The chairs are much smaller than the picture. The cushions are not thick. The ottoman/ table is nice. It was difficult to put together probably need two people.
