Poor availability to cancel an order

Sweatshirt is probably good, but I wanted to cancel the order about 45 mins after I ordered it, and I couldn't cancel it. So it was shipped, and now I'll have to return it. It'll be the last time I order from Macy's online.

Discontinued?!?!?! No!

It’s unbelievable to me that Nike has apparently discontinued these sweatpants. These are the best selling, best rated sweatpants you could ever find (especially for a big guy) and now Nike has confirmed no re-stocking. The new version (Open Hem Fleece) are WAY too baggy and majority of reviews have already stated they are not functional to wear out of the house, please bring these back!!!

good but snug

i definitely like the color, nice length, and fit. but i will warn you the waist band is snug so maybe order a size up if you don’t want that.

RECEIVED A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ITEM THAN THIS

My daughter is having her first baby in a few weeks, so I ordered this sweatshirt and a stuffed animal, both of which were SUPPOSED to be gifts for her baby shower this SUNDAY. Since she's always cold, I wanted her to have the sweatshirt to take with her when she goes into labor. So when I opened my package, I was EXTREMELY CONFUSED to find the toy and a pair of WHITE ADIDAS SHORTS INSTEAD. Since I bought it during the final sale, it isn't giving me the option to open the return process. I've called customer service NUMEROUS TIMES, but I work 12+ hour shifts, so each time the system states it's after hours. I've tried chat support several times, only to be instructed to call, only to again be told it's after hours. I paid $24 (pre-tax) for a XXL WHITE NIKE SWEATSHIRT, NOT A PAIR OF XL WHITE ADIDAS SHORTS. It's absolutely RIDICULOUS that I have had to resort to posting a review in the hopes that customer service will see it and resolve this matter. It was disappointing enough that it won't arrive in time for the shower, but now that it's almost completely sold out I have to worry whether she will even get it all. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!
