dissapointed

I bought this for a trip to Barbados and the zipper broke and I only had 43 pounds in in I called Macy's when I got back they said I could not return because it was pass the days which was a lie so I m stuck with a suitcase so I waisyed my money and have a unusable suitcase

below subpar

Would not recommend - wheels fell off first trip like others reported. Believe what you read here - they were not kidding, sad to say.

Quality was subpar. I could have pushed it in and it would have cracked. I returned it immediately

Poor Quality

Absolutely worthless. Please read other reviews before buying. Not even last for 1 air trip. Wheel broke, Macy’s will not take a return. Shell is also not strong, breaks if falls with weight in it. Don’t fall for the colors..

Not durable

The wheel came off as soon as I received my luggage from the first flight I took with this set. I mean, we all know how tough and irresponsible these airline staff can be but I thought I’d at least have durable luggage for the price I paid. I have other sets that lasts longer than 1 plane ride. I can’t depend on the airline, I’d thought I could at least depend on my purchase of “supposedly” good quality luggage.

won’t last 1 flight

I bought the luggage set with high hopes. The small bag of the set is great- it seems to be durable enough- there’s a good amount of space, and the bag is rather light. I have checked the small bag without an issue. I used the mid sized bag once. The shell cracked, and the wheel is about to fall off. Totally absurd. Would not buy if I had the chance again.

Not good

Cracked 1st trip on the big suitcase, wheel broke on off on 3rd trip. Loved the yellow, could see real fast when picking out my luggage.

don't buy

the quality was horrible. the locking mechanics didn't work. I had to lug them back to return them.
