Horrible customet service

I was purchasing this to send to a different address. I did not see any way to do that. The purchase was made and I was looking to send to a different address and the site did not offer that. So I looked up the customer service phone number and called. It took over 22 minutes for them to answer and I was told that they could not change the address. I will attempt to cancel the order. NOT HAPPY.

So what no water bottle

Nice sized bag big enough for travel, flat enough to easily fit under a coat. Carried it all over Spain, Argentina and Peru last year, confident in the cut proof straps. With a little practice the locking mechanisms are easy to maneuver. Won't hold a water bottle but will most everything else. Very happy with this purchase!

Nice quality, but not big enough. It just needs to be more than an inch thick to be practical.
