Material is flawed

So I bought this dress. It was beautiful. I had to have the length altered. I wore it one time and noticed flaws in the material. It looked like when you get a snag but it was all over. It was like little bumps on the material. There is no way I can wear it again. Im so disappointed since it wasn't cheap and I paid alterations

Gorgeous

I wore this for a banquet and had so many compliments. The color and material are beautiful. I’m 5’5” and wore 3” heels and had to have the dress hemmed by several inches so that was wasn’t walking all over it.
