Horrific Experience

Macy's associate only offered it as a 5 piece with few color options. After looking around a little more, I found the exact couch in a 4 piece with a different color option, the color I originally wanted. When asked about it, all of a sudden the 5 piece was also avaliable in more colors. That made no sense to me that he would not offer me all avaliable options and prices. Decided on 5 piece in the color I wanted. Most options besides beige are special order and say up to 8 weeks delivery. Associate started my order and said 5 weeks to deliver to my zip code. I didn't have my Macy's card with me so he looked up my account using my ID. Order placed. Get an email next day for late March. Not 5 weeks but almost 3 months!! AND he somehow charged my Macy's AM EX card instead of Store card. I had to call and cancel entire order. Customer service didn't care that he charged a card I gave ZERO PERMISSION TO USE or he promised a date not even close to being accurate. AVOID Macy's on STATE! Scam!
