I was excited to receive my luggage and when it finally arrived, I was disappointed to see it was pretty damaged. It seems like material is a lot sturdier than it really is.
TSA lock is a problem
Could not get into carry on because of the TSA lock. There was no key and no instructions on how to unlock the TSA lock.
Perfect
I just received my luggage and the color is beautiful Lots of room inside and the luggage lock was easy to set up. It’s very light and moves around great with the wheels. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was that it looks like it may have been on display or something the wheels looked used .. well I got it on sale so this is probably why … overall I love it
No instructions! How does lock work??
No instructions on how to unlock and use TSA security lock. Inserted one of the pull-tabs on the zipper and cannot open it. Looks like it also has a lock but no key!
Not practical
So I bought that carry on suitcase, as I saw all the great reviews. When I received it, I thought it was stylish and functional....until I used it for my first trip. I went to grab the side handle to lift it on the security belt, and shockingly realized there wasn't one! There is only one handle on the top, which makes this suitcase very impractical if you have to lift it onto the security belt, into the overhead bin, etc. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I got to the airport when I used it for the first time, so I can't even return it.

I love this carryon very light weight and good quality. I also purchased the duffel bag!! I give carryon a five star!! Can't wait to use it on my trip!!

Beautiful,durable , and super portable to make travel easy
This suitcase is built beautiful and has great features for a carry on. It’s got a large storage space with little organizer pouches to make traveling smoother. It’s got smooth 360 spinner wheels. I love that it’s very lightweight. It’s also got a beautiful unisex design as well as the extra feature of the security log mechanism on the side.
