BUYER BEWARE

this bag is not a bright yellow as pictured. I returned the item 10 days ago and the seller still has not refunded my money. so far I made 2 calls to Macy's and still no refund. DO NOT PERCH FROM THIS SELLER.

Buyer beware, item is sold buy third party.

Initially I purchased a bag and received incorrect color. they said it was sold by a third party. I callee Macys and reported the issue. I returned the incorrect item and received a second item weeks later. By the time Item was received it was no longer needed. I called and asked for a label and they said they sent a request to seller, and I should receive a label from the seller directly. Weeks passed and seller didn’t send a label, I had to call Macys and they sent me a label so I could do the return. I returned the second one. Now they are giving me trouble stating that I went over the 30 days. Mind you the seller received the item back, and they were non responsive.
