not as advertised

It's not white as advertised, but rather off-white, so I won't be keeping it because it does not match my decor. Unfortunately, I can't return it because Macy's changed their generous return policy, so I'll be donating it.

I bought a willow kitchen compact toaster. I didn't get it , they send me this scout's learning lights remote control.

HORRIFIC

Forget about high hopes for this compact toaster oven! First of all I ordered what they call “white” it is NOT white it’s a beige white. Secondly, the box warns against “ Cancer Causing” Cancer Causing? I’ve already had cancer! I DON’T need anymore chemotherapy, radiation treatments & surgery, I’ve had my full share! Plug it in and it begins smoking without anything in it! SHAME ON YOU MACY’S! HOW DARE YOU PUT LIVES IN DANGER OF CANCER! CONSUMERS READ EVER WORD OF ANYTHING MACY’S SELLS! I AM SO ANGRY! IM CONTACTING MY ATTORNEY GENERAL’S OFFICE IN MASSACHUSETTS!

Okay

It’s very small and retro. Not particularly to my liking. But a prior review shared about the ticking and unable to start… There is light sound of ticking when on but you can stop it before time is up.

Piece of junk

Cute item for our new kitchen. The heating element broke a week after the return time to Macy’s. I contacted Willow and asked either to replace or send us the part and we would fix it. They do not carry the part nor would they replace. Told me to contact Macy’s and I told them it was after the return date. Not a good way to do business on such a small item. We even sent the company pictures of the burned out piece. Don’t waste your money.

Simple and efficient
