Not reputable

The earrings themselves were pretty, but when I received them, I realized they simply had too much mass to look good on me. I tried to return them. I contacted the Bling site and referenced the order number, taken right off the paper in front of me. Bling indicated that the order number was not valid. It was the same number printed on a second set of earrings I bought at the same time. I could not find any alternate way to contact them and have tried to put a dispute in with my credit card company. Based on quality, I would buy from Bling again. Based upon customer service, I will never purchase another product from them.
