Back of shoe digs into bank of ankle.

I would return, but unfortunately they have wear from using. I've been wearing gel ventures forever, but this will be my last pair. The stiff back of the shoe has been digging into my ankle, to the point I was bleeding.

Great Shoe

I have tried so many different brands a various price points. Most shoes I have to buy an additional insert but not with the Gel-Venture. These are the only shoes that fit me correctly.

Flat verses round laces

The shoes are great comfortable, the flat laces are hard to untie unlike the round laces on the older kahana gel shoes.

Gel-Venture 10

Disappointed! I've worn multiple Asics styles for 20+ years ... Venture since version 6 (or 5) which was a great fit, fine for hikes & trail runs. With 7, it began to narrow but mostly ok. With 8, even narrower toe box made it ok for kicks, not trails. With 10, I returned them as they were narrower still and now shorter (not ok for toe nails). Plus the material is pretty gross, no longer mesh. What is it?! Time for a new brand I guess; I never thought I would leave:(

They make my feet hurt

I have bought ASICS for years. I bought this pair of shoes a month and a half ago, and they were uncomfortable. I thought they they just needed to be broken in, but a month and a half later, they are uncomfortable to the point they make July feet hurt. I am disappointed.
