x-mas gift gone wrong

I ordered this hat as a gift for Christmas. When I ordered it, it was too arrive BEFORE CHRISTMAS. The notification is just now telling me it will arrive the THURSDAY AFTER CHRISTMAS. I placed my order in ample time, the other gifts I ordered at the time I ordered the hat have already arrived. Very bad business Macy's
