I have been using this bag for 2 years (at least). I got this from US. It is excellent in terms of quality, space and design. It is a good one for travel because it is convertible. It just needs to be cleaned and nourished using a leather cream, once in a few months based on usage.

Fell apart within months
I got this for my husband seven months ago and it fell apart today on a work trip. This man works remotely full time so has only taken it out 5 or so times. I am aghast.

Horrible online shopping experience
I never received my bag. Ordered online, was never updated of shipping status, two weeks later called and said they didn't know why there was a hold on my order and opened a case. Asked to just cancel the order and never received any form of email or communication about the error or confirmation of the order being canceled.

Disappointed- Received damaged
I ordered this backpack to be embossed with my son's initials for a Xmas gift. The backpack arrived with 2 very deep 2 inch long scratches and 4 more scraped areas. Embossed initials were crooked and you could only see the top of each letter. I called and was told they would email me a FedEx label to return the item for a full refund. I never received the email. I will never order from this company again. $260 is far too much to spend on a terribly damaged item. It's really unfortunate because other than the damage and poor embossing, the backpack was very nice. Terrible customer service.
