Shipment to me of Wrong Item

Purchased a keyboard thru Macys via their vendor Pyle. Instead of receiving a keyboard for my youth, I received two waterproof marine speakers. Called Macys trying to get them to contact the seller and get the correct item shipped overnight as I was buying the keyboard for an Adopt-a-Child Christmas program. Supposedly Pyle was sent an email to contact me; now 5 days later, still no word from Pyle. Talked to Macys again today, they said they were contacting Pyle again, and that Pyle has 5 business days to contact me. Macys will not refund my credit card until Pyle contacts me, and then contacts Macys confirming their error!
