I never received my package!

Macy’s customer support has been a nightmare. I received a dress without a tag or even a brand tag instead of the Kiehls package. I have called everyday and everyday I am told that I should receive an email the following day but I never do so I call again. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS and the re-order hasn’t even been approved yet. It has been a never ending struggle to get the order corrected. Additionally, Macy’s has started used Dashlink to deliver packages. I personally do not trust it. It’s best to order the package to the nearest Macy’s instead!
