Shame

Received jkt in terrible condition Was marked final sale I am Tried to return it no way would they take it back I did not expect this from Macys I am a platinum member the jkt was so wrinkled it looked a rag On chat said I could return but she never sent me a return label and ended the chat abruptly I am totally disappointed with Macys customer service

Beautiful Fabric, Came Wrinkled

This is a beautiful fabric but the jacket came in a bag and was very wrinkled, not nicely packaged with a hanger and neatly folded to avoid wrinkles, like another jacket I ordered. It wasn't what I was looking for, a bit longer than I wanted. I'm looking for something for a specific dress. Returned this to a store. Had I kept it I would have asked to have it steamed at the store.
