Disappointed

Purchased the blue. It seems more sheer than semi-sheer and the material is flimsy. I didn't purchase the valance so the seam is clearly noticeable. Being that they are so sheer, don't think that would have made a difference. I'll be returning. I did purchase the panels; however, they weren't what I expected.
