Worst experience ever!!

bed was delivered with the box open & damaged pieces, only one half of the bed came never received other half & returns made it verrrry difficult to return & get a refund, took me almost 2 weeks to get them to pick it back up! still have not received a refund

I bought this bed in a queen size in black for myself, I think last month and I love it as the bed packaging and everything was perfect... I bought the brown in full size last week and itvwas just delivered today 11/18/23 after 3pm however the packaging was damage, open and not at all sure if all the pieces was in the box unfortunately I have to travel and was not able to check same time so upon my return I will do so when the bed will set up and notify you guys again.... As previously stated I love the bed .. I am going to give one star but when the bed is set up and all the pieces are there I eill write another review...... Of course My queen size black bed deserve a 5 star..
