horrible instructions and defected items
I was so excited to get this lamp. I immediately took it out of the box and put it together and when I got to the third tube to twist on, it refuses to let me turn it all the way and stops midway so the silver lining shows. Its defected I tried to do a chat session. They disconnected me. This is going back. I’m very disappointed not only with the lamp but with Macys CUSTOMER SERVICE.
