EXTREMELY LARGE FOR A 4T

I ordered this adorable out fit for my great niece, She wears 4T -5T, I ordered 4T, and this set runs EXTEMELY large!! The shirt could fit a small adult. Recommending to size down by 3 sizes for a good fit. The print is cute, but the size is way way off.
