Express Shipping Not Honored

On April 28th, I placed several orders from different companies and selected express shipping for all of them, including this Adidas watch from Macy’s. Every other company delivered promptly, Macy’s is the only one that has failed to meet the express shipping timeline. Despite reaching out to multiple representatives, I’ve received no real solutions, just vague explanations and excuses. As of May 1st, my order is still listed as “processing,” which is unacceptable considering I paid for expedited service. I expect a clear update on my order and appropriate action to either fulfill the shipment immediately or offer a refund for the express shipping charge.
