What item?

It didn't come yet, I ordered on 2/3 because the Macy's site promised delivery on valentines day, but now the tracking says 2/15. Out money with no gift in hand, and local stores have a picked through selection at this point this close to the holiday. So embarrassing and disappointing lol why did the website even say that? Not trusting macys with my holiday plans moving forward, unless I'm like a month out.
