Works Great
love my watch and would highly recommend it. The silicone band is very comfortable but the inexpensive mesh band , purchased recently, is even more-so! This watch has everything I need on a daily basis from alerts when my phone rings and receiving messages with vibration.

Watch is no good.
I bought this watch for the third time. The first two watches, they would notify me when there was a text, email or when some one was calling me. Then all of a sudden I would NOT get the notifications. I sent an email twice asking for help and never got a response back. Now with this third watch, I cannot get it to connect /paired with my phone. I feel like I'm existing my money in purchasing this watch. As of today, I'm taking the watch back to the store that I had purchased the product.

For the pairing process, please remove the watch from the Bluetooth list on your phone. Simply go to "Settings," then "Bluetooth," find your watch, and "unpair" or "forget" it. For iPhones, tap the "i" icon and choose to "forget device." Then please try to go back to the app and attempt the pairing process. Now, go to "Notifications" and enable the apps you want to receive notifications from. You can reach us at reviews@itouchwearables.com 24/7. Been using for years
I had no idea my husband had been using this for years when I asked him if I could borrow it one day so that I could track how much ground I’m covering on my daily walk. Turns out that he’s been using this same smartwatch for years without issue. I initially gave it to him to use because he has A-fib and we want to monitor that as best we can. This watch captures data that he uses to report back between cardiologist visits. I had completely forgotten that he’s been using this all this time, and it also worked like a charm to track my daily 3.1 mile walk too. Something that still works after years of use gets high marks in my book.

Disappointed customer
I've had my iTouch Air 3 for a month. It doesn't track steps accurately. Once in a while, I completely lose steps and restarts itself. Sometimes, it sets time back to when I first bought it. I am disappointed that I spend the money on buying something that won't work properly.
