Sagging and lost support within a year

We purchased an Aireloom Firm Matress from the South Coast Plaza macys after extensive help from Fred. Super helpful salesman. We received the Matress and after a week break in, it was exactly what we wanted. Fast forward 10-11 months and I start getting lower back pain. My gf is also not sleeping through the night. We had been regularly rotating the Matress, but tried doing so more frequently. But the reality is that the areas we sleep on have lost support. Only the edge and center of the mattress still provide support. We called Macy’s. They performed their “string test” and denied the warranty. The mattress might as well not have a warranty. Oh and the inner springs bind on each other when you sit or roll over them…
